Workplace Wellness Assessments provide an excellent recruitment and retention tool for employers to show staff you really care for their health and welfare.

We will arrive on site and carry out an initial detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire followed by a range of health checks. These include blood pressure, body fat and lean mass assessment, lung function, cardiac risk, blood sugar and blood cholesterol analysis together with exercise and nutrition advice.

Each employee consultation takes up to 1 hour. Minimum 5 employees per visit.
