David has many years experience in helping to rehabilitate clients with a variety of conditions including Parkinson’s disease, spinal and brain injuries, back pain and other musculo-skeletal problems.

Following a near fatal car accident in 2005, Lucy suffered a fractured neck, spinal cord contusions and a traumatic brain injury. Together we continue to work on general mobility and walking, improving balance, and developing core stability and confidence. Lucy has an incredibly positive outlook and is always looking to make improvements.

‘‘David has been brilliant in adapting his training to suit my needs. Working in conjunction with my neuro and MSK physios, he has created a programme tailored for me. He is always upbeat and pushes me (in the nicest possible way) to achieve my maximum.

David thinks outside the box and brings new ideas to my rehabilitation. He is adaptable, fun to train with and after years of intensive physiotherapy he has improved my confidence and brought about a refreshing change to my wellbeing routine.
