• Accountability. By having regular online training sessions, you will be accountable and better motivated to achieve your health goals and targets.
• We will listen to any concerns relating to stress and anxiety at this difficult time and advise on action plans to ensure optimal mental health.
• Limited Equipment Required. We have a vast repertoire of exercises to keep you in shape and motivated. If you have some home equipment that is great and we will help you to get the most of whatever you have.
• Follow up exercises. We will guide you on additional training to be carried out at home or with your family throughout the week.
